At FigureNine, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

How Refunds Work

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • We’ll also notify you if your return is not approved (example: worn or damaged items).

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
